Sherman held various coaching roles In the NFL including tight ends coach for the Green Bay Packers in (1997–1998)
He also done offensive coordination for the Seattle Seahawks (1999). and bacome Head coach of the Green Bay Packers (2000–2005).
During his tenure with the Packers He gave the team to five consecutive winning seasons and three divisional titles.
He also served as the general manager for the Packers from 2001 to 2004.
Later Sherman became the head coach at Texas A&M University (2008–2011) and held positions with the Houston Texans and Miami Dolphins.
In 2018 he was appointed head coach of the Montreal Alouettes in the Canadian Football League.
Personal Life:
Mike Sherman married to Karen in 1982 and they have five children. Sarah, Emily, Matthew, Benjamin, and Selena. His daughter, Sarah, is married to Zac Taylor, the head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals. The Sherman family resides on Cape Cod.
